The room was brand-new and had a bath tub. the location of this hotel is close to a great mall and plaza, making it very convenient. - We enjoyed goodies and coffee at Kopi Luwak Cafe, which is located very close to the venue.

The room was a nice size and brand-new, there was a clean bathroom. The staff were very professional all the time. The location was best possible and prime, within a close distance from Lawang Sewu. Plus, it was just off many tourist destinations, like Lawang Sewu and Simpang Lima, mall and friendly staff, and Lawang Sewu and Simpang Lima

I was really surprised by the strategic location of Novotel in Semarang. The interior may have aged, but it didn't bother me at all. The standard Novotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was on point. a great choice for travelers.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the newest mall in the city, making it easy to shop and explore nearby attractions. Transportation is also not an issue as there are several modes available near the hotel, including a nearby church. The breakfast was excellent, especially for a cheese lover like me, as they offered a variety of options, including blue cheese.
There was nothing I didn't like. This hotel surpassed my expectations in terms of amenities, service, and location.

the location was ideal and walking distance to nearby attractions such as government offices and shopping malls. the breakfast range was also great and there were a variety of options to choose from.
The smoke smell in some areas and old towels used in the bathroom were not very pleasant. there were a few issues with the staff regarding their knowledge of the menu in the restaurant which made the dining experience less enjoyable.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right across from the biggest mall in the city center and within walking distance to other attractions like Simpang Lima, Lawang Sewu, and Tugu. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a place to eat. The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any requests.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.
